Craig and Mike have a lot in common. They both had moms named Terri who raised them on comfort food made from scratch. The friends also share a passion for delicious home cooking and have worked together managing other popular restaurants. Today, they own and operate Terri.
At the Terri’s three locations, Craig and Mike express their culinary passion with others via a menu of casual, tasty vegan cuisine. Even omnivores love the portobello-pesto sandwich, the thai "chicken" wraps, and the custom smoothies. Meanwhile, hearty Breakfast Slam platters, pair french toast sticks and strawberry butter with scrambled tofu drenched in hollandaise sauce. Desserts and fresh-pressed veggie juices round out the menu.
