What was the inspiration to start or run this business?
I started my first computer repair business in Oregon. The only reason I started it up was to offer it at what working folks could afford and it's worked.

What do you love most about your job?
I love being helpful and educating about technology. I also love learning new and faster ways to help my customers

What is the best reaction you've ever gotten from a customer?
The best feedback I ever received was knowing my work and service after hours helped a struggling student pass his classes and graduate college.
