The Bar Method is an intense yet safely designed full-body workout that takes place at a ballet barre and on mats. Workouts blend interval training, toning, isometrics, dance conditioning, and elements of physical therapy, helping to improve posture and work all major muscle groups. The Bar Method transforms physiques, flattening abs, toning arms, and slimming thighs. Beginners will learn the basics, focusing on form, and will benefit from an increased boost of energy all day long.
