About The Brass Ring Pole Dance & Aerial Fitness
While The Brass Ring's 1,800-square-foot studio resides in a building that's more than 100 years old, founder Melissa's fitness focus is a distinctly modern one: pole dancing. Her studio's pole classes range from Fresh Meat sessions for beginners to upper-level sessions devoted to aerial tricks, handsprings, and feats of flexibility tougher than successfully viewing your elbow. Melissa and her team helm other gymnastics-inflected workouts, too, some focused on aerial-hoop acrobatics, others on graceful aerial-silks choreography.
