When boxers accidentally look at their target, it’s called telegraphing, but when they hit opponents in the face with a typewriter, it’s called texting. Communicate properly with today’s Groupon: for $49, you get a one-month boxing package at Title Boxing Club in Frisco (up to a $192.99 value). This package includes:

  • One-month membership (up to a $69 value)
  • Enrollment fee (a $99 value)
  • One pair of boxing gloves (a $24.99 value)

Members at Title Boxing Club enjoy not only unlimited access to a daily schedule of boxing and kickboxing Power Hours, but also the studio’s full stable of MMA-level gear. Both punch-boxing and kickboxing classes ensure students of all fitness levels wind up with a solid stretch before launching into a musical re-enactment of Twister with a whirlwind of cardio-pumping jabs, hooks, and roundhouses. Boxing students come down from their natural high with 15 minutes of abdominal, core, and medicine-ball-balanced strength training. Kickboxing incorporates yoga planks, leg lifts, and perpendiculating reps of burpees. The intensity of the workout tailors to skill level of the fist and foot thrower, and a personal trainer guides students through tricky parts, like delivering a roundhouse without losing your cowboy hat.

Title Boxing Club

At Title Boxing Club, professional boxers, kickboxers, and mixed martial artists may lead the classes, but their goal is fitness, not fighting. They push patrons to strengthen their bodies from head to toe during one-hour sessions, instructing them to pummel 100-pound bags with jabs, hooks, and roundhouse kicks. They encourage members to hit the bags as hard or soft as they like and to move at their own pace, so the classes accessible to all fitness levels. During one-on-one training sessions, trainers use custom routines of weightlifting, cardio, and sparring to show students how to float like a butterfly and sting like a venomous butterfly. They also develop custom diet plans and exercise routines to help clients meet their fitness goals.

Customer Reviews

great work out, wonderful staff. I would have loved to sign a monthly membership but all you offer is a year contract which is too binding for me.

My 16 yr old just started it and he likes it. He walks around the house moaning from sore muscles which is good. He is not into sports but I hope he will continue. He likes boxing with Ozzie class.
