What You'll Get
Photographs provide a more concrete way of recording recollections than sketching portraits in sand or dictating memoirs to an empty jam jar. Preserve precious memories with today's Groupon: for $59, you get a one-hour photography session for up to five people (a $75 value for an on-location shoot, a $50 value for an in-studio session) and a $100 credit for prints from True Life Images (up to a $175 total value). This Groupon is valid in-studio or on-site in Columbia, Jefferson City, and Ashland.
The peripatetic photographers at True Life Images have built an extensive portfolio, shooting expressive portraits of children, families, and couples. In a one-hour photo shoot, shutterbugs artfully arrange up to five people or 10 centaurs in front of a simple backdrop in-studio, or travel to any location in Columbia, Jefferson City, or Ashland. After thoroughly scratching itchy shutter fingers, lens-persons upload an array of proofs onto their secure site for convenient browsing. Photographees can use the $100 credit toward any prints, stuffing wallets (4 wallets for $8), distributing 5"x7" photos to friends ($15/each), or mounting large portraits above fireplaces or bus stops ($75 for an 11"x14").

About True Life Images
Drawing on a shared passion of photographing their own children, friends Meagan Dalton and Laura Harmon joined forces in 2007 and founded True Life Images. What began as a home-photography business quickly expanded, and in 2008 they moved into their full-service studio, where they cull palpable evidence of smiling families, love-struck couples, and cuddly babies in vivid light and with flattering poise. The photogs also haul their equipment and talent to homes, parks, and wedding-invitation font samplings to document subjects posing in the comfort of their own environments or the beauty of a natural setting. With a secure online viewing gallery, subjects can peruse their portraits without fear of paper cuts.
