An interesting introduction to float therapy. Really enjoyed it. Robin on the front desk was aware and welcoming, he made sure I was comfortable with the process and explained everything to me. He suggested some different arm positions to try, using the head pillow, lights and music options as well to aid my recovery. Herbal tea and oxygen bar afterwards was a wonderful ending to the session.
