I was so nervous bc I am claustrophobic and I do not like feeling water in my ears. IT WAS SO AMAZING! My sciatica was killing me for the whole week. I even tried a hot stone massage and it helped but temporarily. I floated two days ago and I have felt so relaxed since. No back pains. It’s crazy. I completely plan to go again!!
