Fun and friendly environment that caters to your particular learning speed. There is no pressure, as mastery of the information is what's paramount at UBS. Your comfort is our pleasure.

What was the inspiration to start or run this business?
Bartending is our passion! We want to groom bartenders and through them insert a bit of who we are in bars though out the Bay Area and even abroad if that should avail itself. The core principle we hope to instill in our potential bartenders and in doing so the bars they work is "care".

What do you love most about your job?
The smiles generated, the happiness that exist in an exchange between a customer and a bartender. Bartenders are the anonymous face that somehow exact trust, this should not be taken lightly; even to the exist of putting a halt to someone's "good time" if it's clear they've had enough
