For nearly two decades, Jayaprabha Mare has practiced a meditative and yogic lifestyle. She and her staff share their passion for this lifestyle through classes focused on yoga, meditation, spiritual wellness, and life coaching. During gentle yoga classes, instructors lead a slow, relaxed series of postures and breathing techniques, while they show individuals techniques for acquiring a conscious, sustained presence during a meditation foundations course. Customers can also take part in a more advanced power vinyasa style—technique intermingled with a therapeutic approach designed to mobilize stagnant energy within the body, open up energy channels, restore balance to the nervous system, and stimulate and balance the Yin and Yang energies of their nervous system.
