About Vue
Part club and part sushi bar, Vue takes its name from its 19th-floor lodging in the Bank of America building, where it provides stunning vistas of the surrounding skyline and waterfront. However, there's plenty to see inside--the sushi dining area boasts a shaded outdoor patio, flatscreen TVs both indoors and out, and a menu of hand-crafted sushi rolls and specialty martinis. Behind the sushi bar, chefs seal seaweed wrappers around the skyway spicy tuna roll with roe cheese or the white tiger salmon roll with avocado and asparagus.
In the club, DJs spin tunes and alter beats as guests dance on the rooftop patio or spacious, blue- and pink-lit dance floor. Should dancers require sustenance, the bar also serves some of the sushi treats, such as lobster California and volcano krab stick rolls, from its sister restaurant.
