I really enjoyed it as I got to undertand alot of plants I have always seen but never knew anything about. David is very knowledgeable and has an old school Canadiana sense of humor. Will look to take this course again in the spring as there will be more opportunity vs the fall to spot wild edibles. I look forward to future courses with him.

Course was lecture orientated. Some hands on, but 2 hours of talking at the beginning.

It's not possible to cover everything in the short amount of time, I would consider taking the full course.

Great day out in the woods learning about all the wild edibles that surround us. Dave was exceptionally well versed in the foraging of wild food and the outdoors. Great time and learned a lot.
