The team of talented and passionate instructors at Yoga House puts an emphasis on inspiration and inclusiveness. At their two cozy and welcoming locations, participants of all skill levels can enjoy yoga classes that are both mentally and physically stimulating. These include slow-paced Gentle Yoga classes, intense Power Flow workouts that help build endurance and core strength, as well as introductory Hatha Yoga sessions. Guests can also relax in the studio’s tranquil Spa House, which offers an array of soothing massages and body wraps.
