It's easy to see that Yogi Brian Buturla favors the practice of Dharma Yoga. The style combines traditional yoga techniques such as meditation, breathing, and stretching with challenging movements including headstands and backbends. Classes are geared to work at every student's fitness level, from beginner to advanced. Yogi Brian's also offers gentle and rehabilitative classes firmly rooted in the classical yoga tradition.
Yogi Brian's is a small studio in his family home, but the classes are top-notch. I wasn't entirely sure what to expect of a studio in a converted basement, but once inside it is one of the nicest studio spaces I have been in. Yogi Brian is a kind, warm-hearted, skilled instructor, who is truly interested in the physical and mental well-being of each client. I can't recommend him highly enough!
