The best pizzas, like the worst Elvis impersonators, are cheesy, saucy, and often covered in tomatoes. Sink your teeth into a doughy classic with today's Groupon: for $15, you get a punch card for three $10 discounts to 'Zaw (a $30 value). Choose from these locations: South Lake Union, Wedgwood, Queen Anne, Capitol Hill, Wallingford, and Mercer Island.

The pie professionals at 'Zaw use what they call SOUL—ingredients that are Seasonal, Organic, Unique, and Local—to handcraft a menu of culinary circles for take-home baking. Bob's Red Mill flour goes into each crust, rising to form traditional, whole-wheat, or gluten-free ($3 extra on a medium pie; $4 extra on a large) varieties. Next, house-made ruby-red tomato sauce (substituted by extra-virgin olive oil on request) paints a zesty background for organic toppings. Customers can choose from 15 specialty pizzas, such as the prosciutto-and-pear-highlighted Pig 'n’ Pear pizza ($14.95–$17.95), with customization requests happily welcomed. On the My Big Fat Greek Pizza's ($14.95–$17.95) landscape, sun-dried and moon-baked tomatoes speckle house-made pesto alongside roasted garlic, kalamata olives, and free-range chicken. Supplement slices with five varieties of salad, including Cranny Goat ($7.75) or Perfect Pear ($7.75), all drizzled with made-from-scratch dressings.

Zaw Artisan Bake at Home Pizza

There was once a pair of friends who shared the same name. These friends—the Gregs—also shared the belief that even casual food should be fresh. So they put their heads together to found Zaw Artisan Pizza in Seattle, where seasonal, organic, unique, local ingredients (endearingly referred to as "S.O.U.L.") top carefully crafted bake-at-home pies. Recently, they revamped their Capitol Hill location with a new concept that offers baked pizza, salads, and local beverages—but customers can also still pick up the bake-at-home pizzas that Zaw is known for. Diners can enjoy traditional, gluten-free, or paleo crusts, along with a wide array of seasonal pizza offerings. To further their commitment to quality, the Gregs strive to source local ingredients from neighborhood farmers' markets whenever possible.
