The school teaches BJJ, Boxing, MMA, Submission Grappling and Self Defense. All classes are instructed by a Gracie lineage Black Belt and the instruction in personalized for each student. Programs for kids and adults available.

What was the inspiration to start or run this business?

What inspires the instructor is teaching and witnessing student growth, both technically and personal development.

What do you love most about your job?

Helping student achieve their goal, weather it be competing, for self-defense or weight loss.

What is the best reaction you've ever gotten from a customer?

Kids classes are 5 days a week, great!
