When I purchased it, I was told it would ship within 3 days. After nine days I received an email from UPS, saying they would deliver it six days later unless I wanted to pay more for advanced delivery or pickup from a UPS location.
However, I received it 2 days after I got the email from UPS. The Laptop was exactly what I wanted.
The laptop wouldn't come up because there is a hardware failure which I could not get past. I called up the Vendor and they emailed me a RMA to return the unit for repair or refund. I chose repair. Unfortunately it is by ground so I won't see it back at least for another 2 weeks.
