Comfortable and affordable Wasn’t a bad room. Had room 201. One of the frames I think was uneven but was still comfortable. Pool area definitely needs some work cause I believe there’s too much Chlorine. Pool had trash in it. Broadest was pretty basic but not a big deal. Love me biscuits and gravy in the morning. They are super pet friendly so that’s a plus. I will return for bird season to stay there again. Other then that no one is perfect hence why I give it a 4 out of 5

Very basic Would not recommend or stay again. Very basic mattresses- not comfortable. Microfiber sheets were hot. Dark rooms, dark carpet and wood. Poor lighting. Dirty windows. Corners in bathroom floors dirty. Chipping paint in bathroom. . Breakfast - hot food not hot. Otherwise decent selection for continental breakfast.

NOT “Quality” I should have have cancelled my reservation when I pulled up… There are weeds around the perimeter, it needs power washed and then it’s obvious this hotel is used by out of town workers as even though it was 1 AM in the morning when we arrived there were still men wandering around the yard smoking, etc. The hotel is run down and dirty. I don’t think the hallway carpets and stairs had been vacuumed for days. There wasn’t a wall in the entire place that didn’t have a ding or some kind of dirt smudge on it. Our room smelled like sewer, our sheets were dirty or stained and the carpet looked like it has been chewed by a dog. The towels were dingy, thin and threadbare. We were up all night with partiers on one side and screaming kids throwing things at the walls on the other. I’m all fairness, they did tell folks to be quiet for us and when I asked for a refund for my miserable night, they moved us rooms and comped me for one out of two nights.

Bad place to stay! Dirty filthy place. Don’t stay here the employees dont give a rat’s rear end what this place looks like. Lump uncomfortable beds. You have been warned, don't stay here! Bathrooms were very dirty. Along the bottom of the tub you can see the grime.

Nice, Quiet Place, close to restaurants Room was comfortable and quiet. Oddly hotels in this city are "pricey" and this one was probably one of the better deals. Front desk staff was friendly, room was clean and quiet. Had a good rest before more travelling. I would stay here again.
