They went above and beyond The hotel went above and beyond to meet the special needs of our group. The rooms were clean, food great, and the meeting rooms met our needs. They kept the mini frig in the meeting rooms stocked with bottled water which was very helpful. The staff was especially friendly, helpful and conscientious about anything we asked. We did have a lot of specific needs and they were flexible to do everything possible to get everything as we needed it. We would definitely consider this location for future events. Also i want to come here just for dinner sometime because the food was great! Thanks to all the staff!!

Hilton in Abilene Average hotel , had to pay for breakfast, security around the side was poor. Loud throughout the night . No shuttle service. Staff were average and no out of the way service . Snack bar area did not have a good selection of goods ,

Great location! We had a great experience staying here (I was worried seeing some of the reviews). Stayed for several days. Always nice, friendly and helpful staff. Breakfast was good. Room was clean and comfortable. Great place to come and relax after helping family move. Great location for places to eat and shop. Will be staying here again when we are in the area.

Roaches Made it to my room about 12am. Roaches in the shower. Didn’t call the desk though I should have. Every employee asked me for my last name then just looks away. Strange. For $200 you can easily find better accommodations. I did receive an email after I mentioned the roaches on the app but nothing ever came of it that benefits me as a customer, just a copy/paste formality email from a manager. Probably what will be re: here too…over priced and over rated

Great place to stay, and charge your electric vehicle Great place to stay, and charge your electric vehicle. Brenda at the check out desk, and Alexis the bartender were very good at customer service. All of the hotel staff were friendly, but I do ot remember their names.
