Ok, but disappointed Nice, clean and very friendly staff. Breakfast was decent. Fresh baked cookies everyday. Nice walking trail nearby. Plenty of restaurants. Unfortunately I will not be staying here in the future when on business. No rewards for CLC stays. Very important to a frequent business traveler.

Extremely loud - stressful stay One of the worst hotels I've ever stayed at. I've driven all day and have a full day of driving tomorrow. They put me right beside the pool which had music blasting and screaming until 9:15 pm. It's almost 10:30 and although the music has stopped, the screaming continues. The pool is open until 11:30 (should close at 10) so I'm not expecting much sleep tonight. I'll never stay at another Country Inn & Suites. This is miserable.

Great Customer Service From Staff We showed up and of course, I had an issue to resolve (mine, not theirs). Austin and the GM on that day went out of there way to accommodate and were able to resolve our issue to our advantage. We were there as part of a larger group, many of whom brought dogs. This is obviously an extremely pet friendly hotel if the parade of pups going in and out first thing in the morning is any indication. And last, the breakfast was phenomenal! If you are spending any time in Abingdon I highly recommend.

Good Over-nighter Hotel Pretty good stopping place for an over-nighter along I-81 and is located amongst plenty of nearby dining options all day and night. Fairly decent free Hot breakfast options too (including eggs, bacon, biscuit's, sausage & gravy, etc.).

A pleasant place to spend the night in Abungdon, Va A very clean and well maintained hotel. We loved our stay it was extremely quiet and our room was wonderful. Located right on Hwy 81S But you never heard any noise from the traffic coming by. Breakfast was fine and we didn’t have to check out until 12:00.
