Amazinf Dinner at Azul The pizza was delicious. The cheese tasted like high quality cheese. I had fish and it was tasty and very well garnished. The lasagna was really good as well. The service provided by the waiter was amazing. They were very friendly and polite.

Very good service very kind people Beach club en Princess Acapulco Nidia y Mercedes the food was delicious and the ambiance beautiful by the beach and always with a smile and great attitude besides a great meals and dishes also fresh and healthy they are all great guests and happy to help

Hotel owe us money and does not want to refund us!!! Don't go to this hotel! Don't go to this hotel. We made reservations in September for December 2023, and we had to cancel our reservations because of the hurricane. After six months, we are still waiting for our full refund. They keep telling us that their systems are still not fully operating, but they do not want to reimburse us for the money they owe us. Horrible experience! I will never pay in advance. This hotel is not honest and does not want to refund our money. Do not make reservations at this hotel!!!!

Great Experience We had a great time at the Princess Mundo Imperial. Marco at Chula Vista was phenomenal. He is personable and very accommodating to our needs for breakfast. He made our breakfast experience better than any other server there. If you go there for breakfast, ask for Marco and you will not be disappointed.
