Good value for business trip I stayed here for a week while relocating for work. Very reasonable pricing for the standard room with queen bed. Pretty quiet for the most part and conviently located closed to everything. Room was clean and we'll maintained. Hot breakfast was provided was pretty basic but worked for being free.

If you have to THE GOOD: room, linens, very clean, odor-free--good AC--low cost THE BAD: lobby/hallway smelled--ice machine, snack machines, and coke machine "out of order"--hot breakfast consisted of waffles, egg-like substance, hard biscuits, and canned gravy-- THE UGLY: plans changed, and I asked to cancel remaining day, mid-afternoon of the PREVIOUS day--owner refused-- I'm on a very "fixed" income, and shop for good deals when I travel--some turn out very well--others, not so much--if you want a clean room, and don't care about anything else, this might work for you--I bought trip insurance, so maybe I'll recover my money

Nice place, bad temperature Let me start off by saying the service here is great and the room is comfortable for the price. I stayed here after the power went down in most of my city. It was a good 90 degrees outside. When we walked in it was nice. seemed clean. Got checked in, got our room keys. Then we walked upstairs (there is no elevator. There are only two floors) the farther up the stairs we got the hotter it became. When we reached the second floor it was a good 15 degrees hotter than the lobby. We opened our door and it was at least 80- 85 degrees in the room and that just slaps you in the face. We got the AC turned on and it got cooler. There is a window seat above the AC the kind of blocks the air flow. We asked downstairs for a fan and the front desk was happy to help us. I personally don't like the smell of the soap, but that is a personal problem most would enjoy it. We did have a couple of hairs on our bathroom floor, but we looked past that. You only get two pillows, but I'm sure the desk will give you more if you need them. This hotel itself is blah, but for the price it's good.

Nice moderately priced hotel Hotel is nice . Not super fancy but clean and the price is good for a small town like Ada. They also have a very good pet policy that we like. The location is excellent and there is plenty of parking.

Pretty nice place for the price Not a bad place to stay for the price. My room was one queen bed and was a very small room. I wouldn't recommend it if you were planning on staying in the room much, as there's really no place to sit, other than the bed and a desk chair. Also, the walls are very thin. I heard much more of my neighbors than I really wanted to hear. Room was clean though and there was a small fridge and microwave. The staff was friendly and the WiFi worked great. The hot breakfast was ok. There was a nice variety of items, but the quality wasn't that great. I would recommend requesting a room on the second floor, as the parking spots on the ground floor are literally right under the windows and can get a little loud when people pull in and out. Otherwise, a pretty pleasant place for the price.
