Great nights sleep Had a great stay at this awesome Holiday Inn Express! The rooms are quite spacious and very clean and the bed was warm and comfortable. They have a good continentle breakfast and a great workout room to get your day going right! Area was well lit and safe, I will stay here again next time I am in town.

How rude.... Booked at least 2 weeks in advance and bought 3 rooms. Asked for them to be close and one handicap for my 80 y/o mother. Didn't get to the hotel until after 9:30pm. Night check in person put each room on a different floor. Hair under phone. No TV in 1 room. (Housekeeping stated they were less than 12 full) so don't understand why we were all split up. No handicap room!

Great staff! Clean and comfortable rooms. I am a travel nurse who has been working in ada the past year and has exclusively stayed at this Holiday Inn Express. The rooms are renovated, clean, and comfortable. The staff here are always friendly and make you feel comfortable. Tonight, I found a tiny lizard in my bathtub. 0 idea how it got there, this has never happened before. Laura who was working the front desk was wonderful! Even though she is also uncomfortable with lizards she came upstairs, caught him, and carried him outside gently and safely! Love this hotel and the staff.

Nasty , room terrible ,carpet was filthy, service was terrible Nasty , room ( terrible) ,carpet was filthy, service was terrible, front desk clerk in the morning looked like something from a horror movie , wore a hoodie the whole time ,ran around in the dining area bare foot , couldn't understand what he was saying , half the time , this kid has got issues , I talked to the manager before leaving about his behavior. , I will never stay there again, sign at the front desk says if you have problems they would make it right . that's a joke , I told the morning desk manager they should remove that sign.

Attention to Details Folks stay away until they finish the remodel. The staff needs to be given a class on customer service. I have photos to document my complaints from room 122. I booked two day stay and checked out the following morning at 8:40am. One would think after I said I'm leaving not staying, that the customer service rep would ask is everything okay. But I got nothing , instead I got would you like a receipt. I was placed on the first floor with a college baseball team above me and a high school basketball team. I tried them two weeks earlier and figured everyone has a bad day. Let me give it a second try. It was a fail, so there will not be a third time. The hotel has potential to be successful, but the owners might want to get involved with their staff and building.
