Great review of the Radisson Hotel_ So far my stay is great I no complaints. They make sure you’re well taken care of. I’d recommend this hotel to anybody that travels or have business out of state. Or just to come stay it’s a great place.

Do not stay there We checked in on 08/10/24. The first room we were given had what looked liked an old dried blood stain on the comforter. We were then given another room. The second room had two cracks in the window, mold in the bathroom and someone else’s hair on the wall of the shower like it was not properly cleaned. We addressed on concerns with a staff member named Sam who appeared not really care. Sam informed us that the manager was not there and wouldn’t be there until Monday 08/12/24. Not worth the price we paid to stay there.

RUNNNNNNNNNNNNNNN This hotel advertises "family friendly" but they are the FURTHEST thing from it. I am a single mom and had a good friend get me a friends and family discount to this hotel and they treated me like garbage. I had extra kids come with me and they saw them and because I was ONE person over the "max" they wanted me to book a second room at TRIPLE the price I was paying and wanted me to put my YOUNG children in a separate room. The "so called supervisor" was raciest, rude, unwilling to help, and just absolutely horrible. I will NEVER stay at this hotel and I will make sure every person I talk to is aware. Absolutely disgusted.

Run for your life!!!! You need to be aware of the condition of this place. Do not and I mean do not set foot in this place. Beware!!! From the filthy floors, the broken down furniture, flashong light bulb fixtures, lack of English language understanding, common sense, room cleanliness, never change your sheets in a week long stay, lack of sheets and towels. Just look at the pictures. And run for your life!

Worst experience I have ever had I am currently in town for an event and booked this hotel in advance. We had the worst day traveling... got a late start, construction everywhere, and ended up with a nail through a tire delaying our arrival about 6 hours total.... none of this of course is the fault of this hotel but just to give some context to how horrific our experience was given what happened next. We pulled up and went to check in.. its around 11pm by this time and we are past exhausted. The hotel staff then informed us that they are out of rooms for the night... they overbooked. Absolutely unacceptable... way more than an inconvenience and not even an offer to help us book another room somewhere else or anthing else offered to make it right. So there we were exhausted and frantic trying to find some place we can afford with rooms available while our 3 year old cries and cries because of how things keep going from bad to worse and hes been stuck in the car for nearly 14 hours... Thankfully, we booked through a third party so they were able to help us find another place.. but that took another hour and we had to drive 45 min to get to the new place since everything around was sold out... Words can't describe how horrible this experience was...
