My last night there ever. My stay was horrible, I saw a roach in the room, the leather on the desk chair was torn had stains all over it. The Bathtub had hard water stains in it and the toilet seat was discolored. The Towels were also stained. I have stayed at this Hotel before some years back and it has went way down since then. I will not be staying there again.

No towels We booked a double room for three people. When we arrived, there were only two towels. I asked three different times on two different days for an extra towel. I even asked housekeeping when they came to get our dirty towels and went to the front desk. I asked the last day of our stay and was told they didn’t have towels and gave me two hand towels instead. The beds were comfortable, the breakfast was good, but the bathrooms weren’t very clean. The towel issue was ridiculous. Do better! If you book a double room, there should be four towels.

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER My stay was the most horrible hotel stay I have ever witnessed. I have traveled all over the U.S. and this was by far the worst experience. I was in town for one night, the comedy show and I almost left after seeing the room. I was staying in room 214, in which I brought my own sheets and I was so glad that I did. The room was beyond nasty, blood stains on the wall, bugs in the bathroom, the pillow cases were dirty, other dirty spots on the wall, light shade was filthy, there was a horrible smell. It was just an awful experience, not to mention my fiance was with me which she was cringing every time she moved. I do have photos to prove my review. I was beyond disappointed.

Business Trip I stay away on business a lot and sometimes it's hard to be away from home but when you have a place that knows you and is always nice it makes it so much easier. The staff at this hotel are just great from the welcome staff Victoria to the managment staff .
