Terrific hotel I already tried to enter my detailed review, but TripAdvisor ate my attempt. Short story: The staff was unfailingly gracious to me, my dog, and my husband ,who was reeling from outpatient hand surgery. It is quite likely that we will have to travel from Yachats to Albany for medical appointments, and the Phoenix Inn is where we will stay.

Great Stay Very Clean Great Staff Pool was clean and well maintained. Workout Room was clean and well maintained.

My go-to place to stay when visiting the mid-Willamette Valley This was my third stay at Phoenix Inn Suites Albany. The rooms are very clean and comfortable and the location is easy to get to from any direction, situated where I5 and Highway 20 cross. Even though it is next to the freeway it is surprisingly quiet too. Staff is very friendly and helpful, and their free breakfast a click or two higher than many places.

Clean,friendly,well maintained This place never disappoints. Always well clean rooms and well maintained. Pool and spa are wonderful and opens early. Staff are always friendly and very helpful. Breakfast is good and plentiful.

Convienet hotel close to OSU Went to see our young adult at OSU and they had an opening on parents' weekend. It put me 25 mins away from them and the convivence of the shops and mall in Albany. I will book again do to the kindness of the staff on night's.
