Major Need of Repairs The lady that checked us in was not in uniform just street clothes. Very slow process to check in. After all checked in she announces our room numbers to a lobby full of truckers (nice breach of security). Get to the room and it is a wreck. There was dust and other leftover items from other guests. Ding in the wall and it just looked like it needed update. Huge crack in jetted tub and that had seen better days.

Nice hotel! The place was well maintained and clean. I was just stopping through on my way to a different city and this is an awesome place. Karen at the front desk was extremely helpful and patient. Awesome place!

Clean and open with Covid 19 restriction. The place was very nice. Hot Tub was broken and was waiting for repair... Could not eat what they had for breakfast... which was limited due to Covid 19... The room was clean and sanitized per state regulations.

Needs help The hotel is next door to a very busy truck stop. Lots of food are available inside the truck stop. Check-in was very nice. I had asked for a room away from the stairs and ice/vending machines, but got the room right next to both. It sounded like I had a herd of elephants running up and down the stairs. Insulation in the walls is poor and there was a lot of freeway noise. A/C worked Ok, but it took forever to cool the room down. It needs a new, quieter unit. The room was huge (and apparently at one point a jacuzzi room). Furniture was was nice and the room was clean. Pillows were lousy, water pressure good, the shower needs a new shower head; Wi-Fi was very good. The pool was open, hot tub was closed (due to 'Covid'?). The breakfast attendant (Kim) was very nice and did what she could with very limited (allowed? 'Covid'?) resources. The lobby is very small and the inside of the hotel needs a major makeover.

Not worth the money As I was checking in I asked about the pool, and then after I get checked in I get told that I would be lucky to use the pool since there were “three baseball teams, and all their many siblings”. Why not say so in the first place if that is something i wanted? I also get tired of people using the virus as an excuse to save money or not having to offer services. There is a sign that says due to the health department rules there is no breakfast. I didn’t think much about it until I talked to a friend at a much cheaper motel that is getting breakfast. I was curious, so I looked into it. The health department says they can serve food, and has some guidelines. The cheap place offered things like yogurt, make your own waffles, single box cereals and milk, hard boiled eggs in the shells, and other individual items. In short, Comfort Inn chooses not to make the effort. I was awake and of course they don’t offer typical over the counter things that I find at motels of this type usually such as those cute little two packs of Benadryl would have been nice. Then to top off my night I get to look at some square about I guess their cable or something constantly popping up in the middle of the TV screen. This is a lot of money for a mediocre motel. The room was clean and the air conditioner worked.... so there is that....
