More than Expected I was traveling to Arkanas and getting very tired when the Motel 6 sign appear. I was very leery of stopping due to previous experince with amother Motel 6 but I will be the first to say that Duwayne was absolute the greatest desk person i have had the pleasure of meeting DuWayne went above and beyond in customer service Offering to share his coffee with 2 weary lady travelers helping with our luggage bringing a coffee pot to our room Rooms are spotless and smell fresh-Bathrooms are very nice and clean I will only stay at Motel 6 when in Albert Lea MN lets say that other Motel 6 establishments could learn alot from this Motel 6 DuWayne thanks for a great stay and keep up the great job of managing the Front Desk Ruth Gruber from ND

Only stay here if you are desperate. The lobby was not clean, there was a very unsavory character hanging out in the lobby that made me wonder if it was a drug drop location, and the gentleman at the reception greeted me with an unfriendly "what do you want?" When I asked if they had any rooms left, he just said, "Yeah, you got any ID?" I told him it was in the car so I went out and then drove off to find another hotel.

A nice Motel 6 The Motel 6 in Albert Lea is a fairly nice Motel 6. There are thee floors - we stayed on the second. Our room was clean and well maintained. There are plenty of restaurants nearby. Don't be alarmed at the length of the drive from the freeway exit. We parked in the back and had no problems (our pickup bed was filled with boxes and totes).

It's a dump Stayed here the other night. Got in around 9pm and had to get up early the next day. I booked ahead of time. Room smelled like piss. Had to open up a window. furniture was falling apart. A/C buttons was missing. Had to use a fork from KFC to reach in and turn it down. I would have gotten a refund and went somewhere else and paid more but like I said, it was late and I didn't feel like dealing with it. I slammed a couple of beers and went to bed. BTW its a dry county. It was only 59 dollars so at least its priced for what you get. Just don't plan on sleeping in at all. Up stairs bed makes lots of noises and you can hear it very clearly
