Very Nice Curio Hotel Andaluz is a very nice Curio hotel in Albuquerque. The hotel has that classic New Mexican look while feeling very welcoming and comfortable. The room was fairly large and well-appointed with a nice couch and chair. Staff interactions were all great during our one-night stay. We also had a great breakfast in the morning. Overall, this is a great hotel and I would stay there again if I needed to be in downtown Albuquerque.

Bad experience I feel like not only did we get bad service, I was not comfortable the bed was terrible to sleep in the pillows the sheets the blanket did not look or feel clean! I simply tried to ask for ice and the two days we were there we never received it we couldn’t even get a cup for the coffee. Room service was terrible and honestly after we tried to eat in their in house restaurant and we received no help from the waiter for over 45 min she helped everyone else but us I truly felt discriminated against through my whole stay! I plan to never book with Hilton or this hotel ever again. Also after I let the staff know at checkout she stated they would return my payment for the valet and of course they didn’t so I do not recommend this hotel!!!!

Perfect! The hotel is gorgeous. The architecture, the art, the furnishings and decor - all of it. Really a beautiful place to stay. The room was clean and smelled amazing. The beds were comfortable, and I really liked that there were two desk areas in the room. I travel often for work and this is a great amenity. The towels and robes were soft and the bath products were really nice. We had dinner on the mezzanine and the service was great. The bartender was also serving and bussing and did a great job keeping up with it all. The food from Mas was awesome - highlights were the shrimp, Spanish salad, and dates. I feel like bacon-wrapped dates are overdone these days, but these were the best ones I've ever had. Staff across hotel were helpful and professional. I look forward to staying here again.

Disappointing; overpriced What a disappointment! From the location, to the bed, to the overall room; all I can say is stay elsewhere. I spent one night in a room with a queen bed and paid over $300 including taxes and a “marketing” fee. The location is “close to Old Town, if you have a car. If you want to explore on foot, hotel staff will warn you to “be aware of your surroundings” and advise you not to go out at night. Wow… The room was small and dark, the bed was well worn and lumpy. The common spaces downstairs are lovely but that doesn’t make up for the lack of comfort and overall safety. Don’t make the same mistake I did; stay elsewhere when you visit Albuquerque.

Its hard to find good help… The hotel is nice but the girl in reception should find a different line of work. Her attitude needs an adjustment. As soon as we got here for no apparent reason she gave us attitude. She doesn’t try to accommodate any request like ,”is this where we check in?” Which may be a dumb question to her but they are tucked in a room and its not obvious. Then we wanted to use the laundry service. The service performed but every hotel where theres a bag and a form in every room. Her response was we dont have laundry service. Then argued about it. We just found a laundry ourselves and tool care of it. The person at the laundry asked if we were staying at a hotel and said they come here all the time. We should complain to the manager. Then we asked the guys that were here the day before about late checkout. We had an excursion planned and were not sure when we would be back. We just wanted an hour. They said call the feont desk before you leave and ask so I did. She once again was not willing to accommodate us at all. She responded with her usual attitude. We have to call at 7:30 but we will be in a balloon. Ughhh!!! All the other people working here are great by the way.
