Great staff, but this older hotel has some issues This hotel has great and friendly staff. Every time you would pass one of them they would greet us with a smile. The rooms are clean and the beds are comfortable. The only issue was inside the rooms you hear everything outside. From people talking as they are in the hallway, traffic noises outside, the elevator makes a bing noise every time the door opens. There is a doorbell outside some rooms and our son pushed the one for our room only to find out this is not a doorbell but makes the fire alarm sound in the room. That is very concerning that the fire system is not working correctly.

Hampton Inn ( Mumbai ) err University Midtown ABQ My stay at the Hampton Inn Mumbai (err Hampton Inn --University Midtown Albuquerque ) was well below any Hampton I have stayed in over the past 20 years. Black out drapes which did not move in any direction that left the very bright LED parking lot light shine into my room preventing a good night's sleep ............but I did get a cold shower start to my day which woke me up because there was no hot water this morning except in the coffer machine on the ground floor. I did enjoy my baby cheese omelet and sausage links. I will not return here.........

my worst experience This was one of the worst experiences I have had at a Hampton Inn. The Hampton Inn University Midtown ALB is in a sketchy area, and the hotel is in need of renovations. As we were driving to the hotel, our concerns begin mounting; when we arrived in the hotel parking lot, our concerns were confirmed regarding the unsafe, and no peace of mind for our stay. We walked in to the front desk, looked around the front desk area, and asked the desk clerk for a cancellation of our stay. The clerk immediately asked if we had seen observed homeless people on the premises. He gave us a "late cancellation" and offered suggestions for a location that would meet our request for a safer feeling location.

Ehhhh it works but not great. We booked this trip last minute to surprise family. I specifically searched for a hotel qith a hot tub and I was so bummed out the hot tub was not working. That was the entire reason for booking. The hotel is clean but the pillows were super flat and the bed was just okay. The conditioner bottle in the shower was empty. I didn't tell the front desk as we were supwr busy woth family and a wedding so it was really just a place to sleep and I was hoping to relax in the hot tub. I probably wouldn't stay here again unless I needed to be close to The Green Jeans Food Hall. I'm normally a huge Hilton family of brands fan but I don't think it the mark

Over booked!!! Got to hotel after traveling 8 hours with family. Booked rooms thru Hilton Honors app. Got to the hotel at 10:30 p.m. and was told they had no rooms! Enough said! Pic shows room still available after told no rooms! Also just received email stating late cancellation charges may occur! You have to be kidding me!
