Great Hotel Close To I-25 So, we stayed here because of the reviews being so good and it was on our way up I-25. It is conveniently off of I-25 and has restaurants near by. There is a restaurant inside the hotel which has great food as well. We have a little doggie, and that was another plus for us to be able to have him stay in our room for the night. Our double queen bed room was clean and comfy and spacious. The A/C and facilities all worked well except the water spout in the tub was loose and made us feel like it would come off of the wall if we weren't careful. The shower water pressure was very high which I liked. There is plenty of well lit parking and I felt our vehicles would be safe. The grounds are well maintained and beautiful. A couple of issues we had were the unexpected surprise of having to pay $4 per night for parking. There is no free breakfast either, but they have a morning breakfast buffet for $16 ea if you want to dine in the hotel restaurant area. The elevator floors both needed to be replaced as the LVT flooring was separating and becoming a tripping hazard. I almost tripped on the floor in one of the elevators and reported it to the check-in desk which they quickly addressed. The price for a room is fairly reasonable for this area and they didn't charge us half of the cost of the room with a ton of fees you would normally find in other large cities. Overall, great place to stay and we will probably stay here again if we need a great hotel in Albuquerque.

Super noisy room We stayed here for one night passing through on a road trip, and will likely cancel our reservation for the return trip. Selected a room on the 4th floor to reduce noise, however the noise from the plumbing was a lot - if we weren’t unpacked and already relaxed for the evening, we would have requested a new room. You could hear the plumbing non-stop - it must have been every time someone used the sink, took a shower or flushed the toilet. It helped to keep the bathroom door shut. Beyond that, the remote control didn’t work properly, we had to reset the cable box to get it to work, and the lighting in the room was very dark. The parking lot also lacks ramps so you need to pull luggage over the curb once you park. On the positive side, right next to Cracker Barrel for dinner, and the hotel had a good happy hour with local beers.

Terrible, snotty management, COLD food what more be said, Breakfast was COLD. Management is in class of politely saying "nick off" while doing nothing to make a bad experience right. Will NEVER be staying at any Garden Inn again, perhaps ditching Hilton all together, Corporate folks are just as hateful

Terrible experience Me and my family booked this Hilton for the first week of October. We have stayed here previously and had a decent time, however, this place has gone downhill. The room was old and dingy. The carpet was clearly dirty and it had a stench to the place. When I called to the front desk, there was no solution. All this for almost $600 a night! Stay away - find a proper Hilton.

Walls thin as paper Could hear the persons TV next door as it was in the same room. When we checked in the person below us was pounding on the ceiling as if we were having a party. The front desk then called our room asking us to keep it down because “the walls are very thin here”. The next morning she was on the phone at 7am and I swear she was yelling. This went on for over a hour. Not the place to relax or get work done.
