Nice Hotel With Very Concientious Staff On our trip to Nashville from Phoenix we stayed at this hotel on both the outgoing trip and the return home. This is our third time staying at this hotel. Checking in was very quick and the personnel manning the registration desk were very personable and professional. The rooms are very clean and comfortable. The hotel has easy access to I-40 and several restaurants and shopping. During this trip we discovered we left an item in the room after returning home. We contacted the desk and they found the item and promptly shipped it back to us. This will be are go to hotel whenever we are in the Albuquerque area!

Hotel needs a renovation Sadly this hotel is in serious need of renovation. We stayed here on two separate nights in July. The first stay was in a two bedroom suite. The curtains were torn and one of the queen mattresses was actually smaller than the other and did not fit the frame correctly. The sleeper sofa was sagging. The second stay was a little better, but still needs a lot of improvement. It's too bad because this hotel is in a great location. Unfortunately it's a sad example of a Hilton property.

Albuqueque Stay The rooms were large and clean suites. The king suite fit my family of 4 comfortably. The staff were very friendly and there were very good amenities and close to all activities. The hot breakfast was delicious, the laundry facilities was very inexpensive. The pool was clean and warm. I would highly recommend this hotel.

Homewood Suites ABQ Uptown for the Win!!!! Staff were courteous, friendly and knowledgeable about restaurants, etc. They even went above and beyond by searching web for spa information which saved me a long drive and money!!!!! Room was clean. Wonderful amenities. Pillows were fluffy! The breakfast was good and hot! Prime location within walking distance to shopping and dining. Easy and quick access to highway.

Great stop on I-40 On a road trip and we like Hilton properties so this is where we stopped. Very convenient offI I-40. Nice staff, clean room, no problems. Only thing I would fix is the extra outlets on the bedside lamp. Too loose for plugs to stay in place. Just an overall great stay with a free hot breakfast.
