Successful salad grab Miguel was great! Thanks for great service and for the beautiful environment. This was a quick spot, quick lunch grab and I needed to get it get fed and get on with my day. These guys run a world class organization and I’ve stayed with them in other properties. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Not An Outstanding Hotel The valet staff, concierge, Max, and front desk were outstanding. However, the room was not the best in cleanliness. When my husband turned down the bedding, he found hair all over as well as the comforter was dirty. Also, the only fabric on the bed was the bed liner, no sheets. We called housekeeping and they came up immediately and changed everything with fresh bed liner, sheets, pillow cases and comforter. The housekeeping staff weren't fluent in speaking the English language. Everytime I requested tea pods, I always received coffee pods. There was no plastic liners in the trash cans and no microwaves. The hotel had only one main dining area which, on the first morning, we were told a buffet. However, everything was out but not covered. Eggs, waffles, bacon, sausages were cold. The main dining was not open for dinner. The small bistro was not open daily, closed on weekends. The bar was open, however had a small menu. The bar staff was excellent. Went out of their way to accommodate us. I have been to chain hotels which were 100% better than the Clyde.

Don’t bother I was there for a reunion. The check in was excellent. The receptionist was friendly and very polite. The room was clean with coffee machine. However, there was no refrigerator or safe in the room while other rooms were equipped with them. Out of four elevators only one was working. Some people said they waited more than 10 minutes before the elevator arrived. I went down for a buffet breakfast,the scrambled eggs looked like they were powdered eggs. Bacon was semi cooked. I decided to go to the coffee shop instead. A friend said that he ordered eggs and they came out gray and cold. My recommendation, there are other hotels in the area.

Unfortunate experience There was long strands of hair on the matterss.... it wasn't cleaned. This hotel feels like an ex-premier hotel that is now struggling to exist... I believe that it can be brought back to its original glory with a little of extra thought and investment. Now I know why it was such a great value...
