Great place to stay Cooper is an incredible employee! He will go out of his way to accommodate guests with a smile and a great attitude. As a matter of fact the entire staff is impressive and efficient. It’s nice to know that a hotel will treat you like you matter to them. I get them at everytime at Sonesta ES Suitts in Albuquerque!!!

Find somewhere else! We were not real impressed with this hotel. Walking to our room and there were people hanging around smoking Marijuana which isn't a good sign. When we got in bed, young adults were running and hollering real loud and sounded like a fight was getting ready to break out. Our room smelled like cigarette smoke. Definitely would NOT stay here again.

My experience at Sonesta Suites in New Mexicoo I made an advance reservation at the Sonesta Es Suites in Alburqueque, NM. When I arrived after a long day of traveling from RI, I was told my reservation had been cancelled due to a problem with my credit card. The desk clerk called the manager and after waiting 1/2 hour I was given an upgraded room. It was a 2 bedroom, 2 bath with a full kitchen with a full refrigerator, coffee maker, microwave and dishes, glasses and utensils. There are separate buildings. I was on the second floor and there was no elevator. So I had to carry my luggage up the stairs. It is also near the highway which is very noisy. The good thing is there is an outside pool. There was also laundry in the main building which is inexpensive. There was free breakfast in the main building 6-10.

Meth and dirty There was a Meth pipe in our room as well as melted carpet and a substance on the carpet. The room smelled very bad. It feels unsafe. There were people on drugs in the parking lot many times. The ceiling has clumps of dust hanging from it. Do Not under any circumstances stay here!

Outstanding Stay! Just a great experience staying there! Not a new property, but the cleanest hotel I have ever stayed at. Great rooms, wonderful beds, full baths for both bedrooms. The staff in the breakfast area was outstanding - I had to ask each day of our stay for a to go box to take food to my son, and they couldn't have been nicer. I highly recommend Sonesta ES Suites in Albuquerque!
