Great hotel for a great rate This hotel was a great choice. The price was great, the staff were great. Everyone we ran into at the desk was kind professional and welcoming. The rooms were nice and the beds are super comfortable, clean and cozy. Breakfast is a bust because of covid but there’s a Waffle House about a mile down the road and it’s right next to the airport

Ugly When I first got there I parked and went in waited to be called. So the teller my ID and confirmation number you proceeded to pull it up wanted a credit card I told him that I was told that I could pay cash for this room he said well there's $50 deposit on the room for incidentals I understood that for the credit card but I wanted to pay cash for the room he refused I told him what I was told he still refused at that point he told me he didn't like the way I looked at him to leave so I politely stuck my cards in my wallet and walked out the door The guy come running out just as I was leaving hold on hold on you won't find anywhere else to stay when I already had a place to stay closer where I was going to be so I went back in there against my judgment and took the room I do not appreciate the way I was treated at all I could have lost my temper but I didn't I will never frequent that hotel again and I will not recommend it if you so choose you can give me a call if not that just tells me how much you care about people that you are booking for thank you David Fussell

NICE PLACE TO STOP with Pets Hotel Room looked like it was just remodeled...except the tub area....and we were very pleased with our overnight stay. There is a pool, area for dogs to go potty; however, the grass should have been cut more. Due to Covid, no breakfast, so cannot comment. Front desk staff were very helpful.

Not good! We were attending our daughter's graduation from University of Tennessee, as well as reconnecting with friends and family. To start with, twice I requested, through e-mail to check in early. Twice, I never got a response. That had me upset to begin with. Then I had to check in for my room at 3 PM, without even going to my room to put my stuff in the room, because we were in such a hurry. We just wanted to make sure when we got back to our room late that night, we could just go straight to our room to get some sleep as we had a busy day the next day. We got to our room at about 12:30 AM, and discovered we got a handicap room. We thought it was strange, since we booked our room over a week in advance and neither of us are handicapped, but no big deal. We woke up in the morning to discover the shower fixture was about waist high, with no way to adjust it. It was the typical adjusting handicap shower bar, but it was loose from the wall and we were afraid we would pull it out of the wall if we tried to adjust it! I was trying to take my shower when I looked up and noticed the drywall above the shower was completely water soaked and sagging. The shower handles were rusty and the shower head was broken as well. There was no vent fan in the bathroom, which is very inconvenient in a small space! I attempted to open the curtains, but the curtains were torn and wrapped around the pull rods. There was only one coffee packet, so I had to go to the lobby to get more. The carpet in the common areas was absolutely disgustingly dirty. I was going to talk to the hostess, but I couldn't find anyone to speak with. There was a young lady, who I assumed was a hotel employee, but she was looking at her cell phone and never looked up.

A 2 night stay. We liked that it was pet-friendly. We were a bit confused regarding the bagged breakfast. We came from ATL where we had stayed the night before and were served a hot breakfast buffet. But we were pragmatic about it. However after spending the day outside of the hotel, we were surprised to see that the room hadn't been cleaned. When we called the desk we were told that "due to Covid" rooms were only cleaned after four days or upon check-out. Seemed like a cop-out to me. We took our towels and trash can down to the front desk to be replaced/emptied. The hotel was fully booked, so I think the covid excuse was lame. The bathroom was very old looking and the water pressure to the shower was inadequate.
