Right place, right price Nice place, Right price We stopped after a very long day of driving. Just wanted a comfortable bed and a clean room and we found both. The staff that helped us both when we checked in and when we checked out were very nice. The only drawback about the room is that the bed frame under the mattress was made of lightweight metal and every time we moved it sounded like someone was using an empty filing cabinet. All in all, I still give it high marks.

A good night's sleep My wife and I had a very long travel day. Waking up at 2am, two hour drive to Newark International Liberty Airport, 3 hour flight to Louis Armstrong Airport in New Orleans, then a 3 hour ride to Alexandria. Checked in and had to be at LSUA at 4pm for a meet and greet with faculty seeing my wife was was walking in their graduation ceremony the next day. Very proud ! The staff at the hotel, the 3 that we met, were very friendly. The room was clean except for some peeling porcelain inside the tub. We were roomed all the way in the back, so it was very quiet with no road noise. If you like a firm bed, this is definitely the place to stay when traveling to Alexandria.

Unexpected stay The service I received was absolutely wonderful. The front desk was of much help more than she realized. I definitely will be back. Rooms were nice and clean. I have no complaints and the remodel they received looks awesome. See you guys again soon.

They use the excuse of "Booked through a 3rd party" for giving you no service. We stayed two nights. The air conditioner was not working. We asked to be moved to another room and were refused because they said they were booked. We then asked for a discount and were refused because the room was booked through a 3rd party (Priceline) The girl at the desk said, they would not call out a repairman because it was the weekend. Now I believe they put people that book through a 3rd party in their sub-quality rooms. So beware. Another thing, If you want any protein for breakfast you will have to go somewhere else. I can not recommend this motel and I will not use it again .

Extended Nightmare The staff was very friendly and very helpful the location was convenient for my needs even the room was a good value for the money but the hotel owner was an absolute nightmare threatened to kick me out on multiple occasions in the middle of the night that was his exact words I went inside and paid for the room at the rate that the front desk clerk had quoted me I signed the paperwork and exited the building once I exited the building to go back to my room the hotel owner stopped me and demanded that I give him more money or he would call the police to have me escort off the premises even though I had paid the amount that I was told to I was very unhappy with my stay at this hotel and do not ever plan on returning do not stay at this hotel when there are other options for the same price nearby I do not recommend this place at all but I do have to tell you that the housekeeping staff as well as the front desk staff were amazing and very helpful and I very much appreciate them but like I said the owner was absolute nightmare and I do not recommend you go to any of the hotels that he owns in this area
