Very Nice Coming in at first sight it’s very clean and the cleaning crew does a good job. We had a wonderful experience. The pillows and king bed was fabulous. Super comfortable and the shower water pressure was fabulous! The pool was a nice bonus to cool the kids off. Was a very nice stay.

Curdled milk, stinky rooms and disgusting bathroom at the pool We love this location and have stayed there before but THIS TIME the room on the 1st floor smelled of feet. The gym smelled of some kind of caustic plastic. The milk and the coffee creamers were curdled AND the bathroom at the pool was disgusting. We brought this to the manager's attention and TWO (2) days later, it was still not cleaned. He acted like it was the first time he was hearing about the problem.

Not bad a few minor improvements would make it better Hotel was nice only lacking on a few things. When we checked in the agent was very pleasant. Room was clean but smelled stale. Only issue was the shower, door does seal on the bottom so water leaks out so had to keep several towels under it. Not a fan of the sink in the actual room but it was fine. Breakfast was lack luster. Was just so so. Didn’t eat it the next day because it the exact same thing as the previous day. Tv could be bigger & hung on the wall. A 32 in not big enough when your laying in bed. Upon check out agent was very nice. Would stay her again if in the area.

Awful experience We just stayed here & were hopeful because we had read good reviews but our stay was unpleasant. When we checked in our room smelled exactly like someone had recently “puked” in it. We called the front desk immediately to only be told that they had no other rooms & there was nothing they could do that night. We were told that we would be moved the next day. The next morning after suffering threw a terrible night we asked first thing what could be done & were told yet again that they had no rooms available & couldn’t move us until the next day. We were here for the JR Gold Bowling Tournament because our son was bowling in it & there were over 4000 contestants so booking at another hotel at this point was not optional because they were all booked in the area. We suffered threw another night & I had to beg the next day for another room before they would finally move us. When we were moved we were given a room with only one bed & our son had to sleep on a couch for 4 nights even though we had paid for a room with 2 beds. Over the coarse of the weeks stay we never had our room cleaned once & had to ask several times for clean towels & had to eventually set our dirty towels in the hallway & our trash just to get them to take it. The complimentary breakfast was the same food every single day the whole week & when you are staying somewhere for a week you would like to see them change it up some. We started having to go out for breakfast because I have to count my sodium intake & they had sausage gravy & sausage links every morning both I am not allowed with my sodium restrictions. I was hoping for at least scrambled eggs maybe one day or some fresh fruit but did not get it. All in all this was not a good experience!

Over Charge! I would have given a higher rating, but the Booking charges were fraudulent, I was over charged $219. Manger Mike kept on giving me a running around despite over charged made to my credit card by the hotel.
