Very Smooth and Awesome Stay! Check in went by very quickly and smoothly! I was very impressed with the room that I received at Knights Inn; it was way better than the one I stayed at in Hot Springs, AR. in 2014! Sleeping went very well, and check out was very excellent. I highly recommend this location!

Don't expect much and accept less 3 pillows for 2 people and housekeeping isn't available outside of the time we checked in which 7pm so thankfully I brought one of my own too. The bed was very firm, but comfortable enough. My family owns a motel and we would never think to not have someone available to at least offer additional pillows if needed which the front desk could do. Our room obviously had many issues- of which you can't tell the front desk about after the first 15 minutes of your stay and expect them to do anything because all the signs around the front desk tell you. Burn marks on the bathroom floor, multiple patches on the ceiling and walls which aren't even finished- the "patches" are spackle shoved into the holes then never smoothed out or finished. We almost lost our room because they canceled it after 3 hours of when check-in started (you can't just come sometime after check-in starts like other places) and never called us to ask if we were coming although they told us they were supposed to- just canceled it. We showed up thankfully within an hour of them doing that but we hit a huge storm on the way here which slowed down our progress and thankfully they still had room for us. Same cost as what we had been told online when we booked but now for 1 bed instead of 2 which is what we had booked- so who knows how that is they get their full money by canceling and then charging you when you're desperate. We didn't pay ahead online because it didn't make us- so maybe that would have made the difference and was our fault- but again, this would never have been an issue at my parents' motel which is almost a 5 star rating and we're family-run. We were here for my husband's spartan race so it was really just a space to sleep and relax a bit but we won't be back.

cheap but going downhill 9/10 no recommend. Front desk staff was extremely rude, allowed loud neighbors to be loud ALL NIGHT! THEY DID NOTHING ABOUT IT! THIS WENT ON A FEW DAYS! missing shower curtains, when we requested a new one, we were told no.

This hotel needs to shutdown Very unprofessional and awful customer service care. It’s inhumane to have a hotel full of bed bugs and to be treated like dirt instead of accommodating their customers to better needs. Don’t stay here beware of bugs and bad service.

The worst nightmare. My wife been bite by bugs in the arm and foot. Room 127-A, Arrived on Jan. 27, 2023. Pass midnite on 28. Call Mgtmt. With the Report. They refused to seal the room and give us another room or refund . Spend the rest of the night inside my car. Has to see Mgr. At 10am.Awfull.
