Hotel got a facelift Great clean rooms now that the carpets are removed and vinyl planks added. Room looks airy and bright. Fresh paint and new drapes. Very sanitized room. Housekeeping dressed in clean uniformed scrubs and our courtesy.

Great Customer Service! My family and I have stayed at this Comfort Inn location several times, we have family members that live close by and it is the most convenient in our travels back and forth. Each time we have stayed there is one staff member in particular, her name is Hali, who never fails to ensure our stay is perfect. Her friendly, sunny and positive demeanor put you in a good mood from the minute you walk into the door. Hali was made for the hospitality industry! During your stay, even though Hali works at the front desk, you will see her all around the property working hard to ensure every guest is happy! If you find yourself in the area and looking for accommodations, stop in and see Hali, you’ll be glad you did. _

It's a place to sleep! It was a place to sleep and eat and drink coffee that wasn't on the streets. Oh, it also had a place where you could use the bathroom and take a shower. And here's a few more words to get me to the 200-word minimum .

Keep going and don’t stay here. First, before you book a reservation here, make certain it is booked in your name. My wife booked this room for me, my son, and my dad to stay in for 2 nights. She used my email and cc. Upon arrival I was asked where my wife was. I explained she was not with us. I was treated very rudely by the front desk staff and was told my wife would have to personally email approval along with her photo ID before I could be checked in. I showed my valid ID, credit card, and email with confirmation. It did not matter, no ID or letter of approval, no room. When I said I would cancel, I was told I would not be able to cancel. As I had to call my wife to get her to email a permission slip with her ID, the man at the front desk continued to interrupt my conversation with my wife by saying, “This is no big deal she only has to take 2 minutes of her time to do this! If not then you will not get the room!” We finally got the permission slip sent only to learn the room is not that nice at all. I will not be staying here again.

Clean and Affordable The hotel was clean, the staff was friendly, and there was hot breakfast that was pretty good. I had no issues during my stay here. I did have to have my room key reprogrammed after day 1 but everything else went smoothly
