Customer service / respect / honor The staff called the children and told them they needed to check out . I did not share the pleasant experience with some the other guests concerning customer service . There is one guy whom walks around with a BROOM and stares at you as if you are not welcomed . American ran establishments are better . I would leave this one alone .

Best customer service I have ever received at a hotel. Accommodating and willing to go the extra mile. I need to write about the excellent customer service I received at this hotel. I came to Alpharetta for a procedure and after the surgery I needed to change to a handicapped room. Both Mr Sohan and Kamran are so nice and went above and beyond to help me out. They were super nice when we checked in but this was amazing. They were so accommodating and understanding and I wish all hotels were like this. I recommend staying here just because of them and when I come back to the doctor this is where I will always stay.

Genuine hospitality I stayed three nights, and expected I might need to stay longer. Everyone I encountered at the desk was extremely kind, polite, and accommodating. I was a little worried when they gave me a ground floor room very close to the elevator, because I expected it would be noisy. Surprisingly, while I could briefly hear people if they were talking in the hall, it was quiet at night and mostly quiet the rest of the time. I always felt safe, the bed was comfortable, and the internet worked smoothly. The room was dated but very clean, and everything worked well. I had plenty of hot water, the toilet worked well, and housekeeping kept everything tidy and clean. The pillows were a little lumpy, but I slept great. I honestly have no complaints. Even the towels were fluffy. I didn't make use of the breakfast much, but every time I was out there I could see it was stocked with hot and cold options, including a pancake maker. I wouldn't hesitate to stay again. It was also really close to a lot of food and shopping options, but off of the main road, which kept it quiet.

Time to find another… Property is very dated. The bathtub was high sided with only one grab bar. A person with mobility issues would have a difficult time using it. The “hot” breakfast was not hot. Cereal, boiled eggs, yogurt, mini-mart muffins & pastries, bread for toast & bagels. Cubed potatoes, cold biscuits and room temperature gravy needed heating. No sausage or bacon. However, there was a machine that made pancakes. None of employees looked like they wanted to be there. The check-in clerk was mildly engaged. It’s gone downhill since the first time I stayed there. I’ll be looking for another option.

do not stay here its the worst blood on the sheets, rude staff and double charged avoid at all costs worst hotel ever they also do not answer the phones on hold for 45 minutes disgraceful dirty awful place, asked them to change sheets and they just threw clean sheets into the room
