The Hotel Staff that brings back the old school care! What a great experience! Let's start with Katie who assisted my Husband and I upon arrival. She was mist helpful, efficient and courteous. She is definitely an example of the Front Mgr., London who was always making sure that our stay was comfortable. They both are reasons that I would pass up other hotels to stay with this location again. The rooms were clean and the entire hotel sets them apart from their competitors. Thank you guys for a great stay! Robin C.

My for an event This night staff member Lakerry performed well and switched my room after I told him my issue with the phone unable to work. The room was okay and I was fine with it but for the phone unable to dial for service or call anyone. Georgia charges 3 different taxes for some reason I've stayed here and in another location in Georgia and they both charge 3 separate taxes and I live in GA. I would give 4 stars for that plus no phone service, but 5 stars for Lakerry.

BEST HOTEL IN ALPHARETTA Hampton inn Alpharetta has done some wonderful upgrades. The rooms are nicely decorated, cozy and spacious. We come every year around the Holidays for work. The staff are accommodating! This is a new team for us and Mr London and his team made our stay wonderful. Entire team was professional, greeted you with a BIG smile and I love how they keep your stay, information private while speaking with them at the front desk. This way no one standing behind you can hear anything. Sorry I can not remember everyone’s name but Mr London was AWESOME _ 10 Stars ⭐️ to the entire team! We also want to thank Ms Jamicko she is the best, warm and personable with the guest. She always make sure my Mother who is disabled and I have what we need. We stay at their location because Jamicko makes it all worth staying here. Clean, quiet, safe and beautiful hotel all because of Ms Jamicko and her teams! Thank you Mr London, Ms Jamicko and teams for a beautiful stay!! ❤️ Dec 2023

Standard hotel We are locals and stayed here for one night while our house was being fogged. We picked it due to location and that dogs are allowed. It's a basic hotel in a convenient location. We were only here for the night so it served our purpose, but I don't think we could have done another night here. Pros: location, clean, friendly staff, quiet, tv with streaming and free Showtime, pet friendly, nice outdoor area, updated Cons: very uncomfortable bed (hard mattress and horrible scratchy sheets that smelled like bleach), AC did not get very cold, mediocre breakfast & coffee (but we weren't really expecting it to be good), found 2 small German roaches so that means there are more, no water refill stations so you have to bring your own.

Great gathering place! This motel was recently updated and was very nice. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Clean and tidy. The BEST part was the unique lounge area. We used this area to gather family and have relaxing conversations, meals and meet- ups! It was a huge asset with the fireplace and heaters and pool.
