Beautiful among the trees Wow. What a great place. The people were so nice and the place was beautiful. Breakfast was a perfect buffet. This hotel is located among the trees but right in the middle of everything. The pool was very inviting. The service was very accommodating

Funeral trip stay at this hotel DO NOT stay here terrible, hotel is dirty, staff at front desk is rude. We stayed for a funeral and checked in late like 930am and we were tired. Went to use the water and there was not water. Called the front desk and got told it was out all night and that it would be on in 30 mins and then was hung up on. Mind you they didnt even tell us that at check in that would have been nice. tried to sleep but got put beside a room with 2 small dogs that barked all night. Tried to use the water in the middle of the night and no water all night. could not use the bathroom. since we didnt sleep we checked out at 4am to go to another hotel. the gal at the desk said that our credit card would NOT be charged. Well by golly they charged our card and was told that we would get a refund. i have been trying for 4 weeks now to get my refund that is owed to me. I get no answers or the same answer and its been done check with your bank, still rude staff. I have sent emails to the GM and still no answer. Check other reviews this seems to be a pattern of overcharging and or not giving refunds, not responding etc, scam hotel. Is this the new Hilton standard, if so, no thanks!!!!! I will stay at the Marriott which we did around the corner from the hotel!!!!!!. GO AND STAY there very nice great staff that let us in at 4am as the doors were closed and locked and treated us like we should be treated. Areas of the hotel Hilton were dirty, trash cans around the hotel full, just a mess! Will never stay there again even if they gave me a free hotel stay.

Not up the Hampton / Hilton standards Stayed here last weekend to attend my daughter’s college graduation. I’ve stayed here several times in the past. Rented 4 rooms in total for a three night stay. Hotel has declined greatly since my prior visit last year. Rooms were dirty, one had ants in the bed, another had a roach in the bathroom, hallways were hot, broken sprinkler head with water flowing, security door on side not working, garbage overflowing from the bin in front of the hotel, etc. Two female front desk people were not friendly, one was the manager who seemed annoyed. There was a power outage on the second day. We lost power to AC in our room. The maintenance person told us there was an issue with the circuit breakers and we should move rooms. Manager moved us to another room although she seemed annoyed that we complained. AC wasn’t working in that room either. She clearly knew that but was taking a shot that we wouldn’t complain? We eventually checked out early and move to the HGI a few miles away. Worst experience I’ve ever had at a Hilton property, which I basically stay at exclusively since it was the only hotel that I was allowed to use by the company I previously worked at for 25 years. Clearly not up to Hilton standards or the experience they want for their guests.

Vendetta at the front desk was very accommodating and professional. Rooms were clean and hotel was quiet. Vennetta at the front desk at was very professional and willing to help us with our Hilton App at check in. The rooms were clean and the bed was comfortable. This hotel is very quiet as well. The hotel appears to be older but was nice. We would stay here again.

DO NOT STAY HERE!!! This visit was so bad that I would give it a -1. We strongly suggest you stay somewhere else. I'm going to bullet point most of it, so my hands don't cramp up. Arrived SUNDAY. Trash was overflowing. Elevator was broken (entire trip). Water for tea was lukewarm. Monday AM- 7:45- NO BREAKFAST (see photo). There was some dry cereal with no milk and tiny wrapped apples- that was it. The excuse was there was no one to work in the kitchen. No shampoo or conditioner- asked front desk for assistance. Asked for trash removal and towels. 2 PM- staff was outside our room door- asked for shampoo and conditioner so a shower could be had- staff said: "Room is not on my board so can't help". Front desk- asked for Manager- none on site (Sunday and Monday). Asked again for shampoo, conditioner, trash removal and towels. Handed conditioner and shower gel. Returned to room and staff threw towels at me and said they could not remove our trash, just put it in the hallway. TUESDAY. Called hotel for management. First call never answered. Second call spoke to assistant manager, hung up on. Third call spoke to manager. No apology. Stated that the best they could do was 10K points and go ahead and check out, but you must pay for the day. Additionally: Desk lamp never worked- asked three times for maintenance. Cable was out Tuesday AM. Air conditioner ran non stop and never got below 68 degrees. We checked out two days early and will never return. My husband's corporate office is nearby, and they have removed this hotel from their travel site. DO NOT STAY HERE!!!!!!!
