Motel 6 Alsip, IL

Basic, clean, on a budget, _ Just went this past weekend for a last minute funeral i had to attend, didn't expect much from this place but it was not bad, budget friendly, basic, but i didn't need much bc it was 2 days. Safe area, well lit outside and clean inside the room. Front desk was very respectful and on point, and housekeeping staff answered some questions i had about the area and helped me get an extra blanket and pillow. Left a $15 tip because we accidentally spilled soda on the floor, sorry for that housekeeping staff.

AHS presents: Hotel 2 My husband and I booked a night here, we checked the pictures in the website and first sight makes you feel like you are visiting a “grandma’s house”. Check-in went smooth, they assign us a room in the back of the building. Upon driving around we noticed that hotel administration closed one wing of the hotel and used panels to do it, there were tons of garbage bags in the hallway. Once we arrived to our room the sweet Magnolias charming pictures turned into a Post apocalyptic kinda Walking Dead scene. There were mold in the walls, signs of flooding damage, mattress seemed to be damaged by water and hotel didn’t replaced. The powder room faucet leak dirty water. We called guest services and the guy during Night Shift stated that hotel shot down water pump system earlier and was the reason for the water quality. There were non-guests roaming the hotel hallways during the night. Overall experience: If you are hosting a Halloween party then choose these hotel, trust me you won’t need much decoration. The hotel is already spooky and the personnel will make you feel like you won’t survived the night. _

Avoid Avoid Avoid The main pic is the nicer side of motel. Past that it is old dated and falling apart. We felt unsafe! Bathroom had black curly hair all over the floor! It’s while tile, so easy to see them..not cleaned. Read the reviews and pay a couple bucks more and stay some place else. I stayed because the other hotels rate were very high because of a event in the area.

Bad choice No vending machines,no fridge, no coffe, no breakfast, door did not close right,cold. Horrible experience.will never rent here again and do not recomend. How do they stay in business its besides me. Spend a bit more money and get a better motel room

Disgusting Twilight Zone We were here for just one quick night to get some rest to continue our trip to Buffalo. This is the worst Motel I have ever stayed at in 45 years. I wouldn't even take pictures because I can't be that mean to somebody. The carpets were garbage the bed was horrible the bathtub was all chipped and cracked the toilet seat was not even connected to the toilet. It smelled so bad. We were just so tired we jumped on top of the bed in our clothes got 3 hours of sleep and got the hell out of there. We got this room through Priceline and they will be hearing from us very soon. I want my money back. Look at the room before you rent believe me you won't stay there. I suggest close it down.
