East of Orlando They were in the midst of remodeling the rooms The staff was great and friendly. The suites had full kitchens and housekeeping comes in once a week unless you ask for it if you are staying multiple nights. Also. You are on your own for breakfast. They do not have breakfast there. We would stay here again if we are in the area

Section 8 housing but a cheap hotel Horrible hotel. Stairwells smell like dog piss. Floor hallways remind me of section 8 housing (weed and rotten ramen). People living in vehicles in the parking lot. First room they put me in the AC coils were covered with mold and room smelled horrible. Would never reccomend to anyone

Highway and Bass Drum Footsteps Customer service is as expected. Nothing special. Nothing terrible. Parking is OK- again - so so. No breakfast served in the huge breakfast room. Only coffee and tea. The rooms are very clean and comfortable. HOWEVER, if you are the unlucky few to get a room merely FEET away from the busiest highway in Central Florida (I4) you will very likely NOT get a good night's rest. The floors are like a piece of wood between and every single little step is like a bass drum banging above you. Starting at 130am my up-neighbor decides to have a party or something and instead of 'going Karen on them' I tried to knock on the ceiling to let them know they are being disruptive. Of course there is no change and for over an hour myself and 2 small children laying in bed listening to them. Finally I call the front desk and they said I'm not allowed to knock on the ceiling. Wow! 3 hours before check in I was told it will be an additional fee (49.99)!! No exceptions. I had been traveling since 3am and had to sit in my rental car until check in time. Signs say there are cards and uno cards available to borrow. But when we called to borrow, they said they were borrowed and stolen. (Guess the hotel chose not to replace). Location is seconds away from a spectacular mall as well as a very well maintained lake and venue- Crane's Roost. As mentioned, there is a highway close which will bring you to any part of Central Florida you what to go to. Ps. Very comfy beds and pillows. No hair dryer, not enough towels. You will have to call the front desk and pick up if you want them.

Renovations - consider somewhere else First, this hotel is under renovations which is not mentioned anywhere on their site at time of booking or when I checked again after checking in. The only positive things this hotel has going for it right now are it’s quiet and the location is decent. It wasn’t as clean as I expect a hotel to be (I actually cleaned the counters, table and dresser drawer myself to feel better about it) I had no issues with bed bugs, or anything like that and I throughly checked my room. Thankfully, I didn’t have to spend much time in the room during the day and tried to make the best of it.

Do not waste your time even looking at this hotel We arrived exhausted from our day of travel and 10 mins after passing out we were awoken by loud bangs and drilling. We called the front desk to ask why there was so much noise and it turns out they failed to disclose the 6 month renovation project on the entire third floor starting from 10am to 5pm Monday to Friday. So no sleeping in or taking naps on your vacation! I explained to the front desk that no one told us about the noise we would consistently hear and he basically said well it is what it is sorry there is nothing we can do about it. Next thing the entire 2nd floor smells like an ash tray and I know they aren’t cleaning right when you find boogers wiped on the wall next to the bed and multiple hairs that aren’t yours on the sheets and under the pillows. This is why we always bring our own set on sheets just in case.
