Excellent Hotel for the Price This is an immaculate hotel that is quiet and well managed. They provide a hot breakfast free of charge. I would stay here again without any hesitation.

Confusion en mass Room was clean and comfy bed. Bathroom clean also., floor clean. Room outdated but clean and comfy. HOWEVER no elevator, not enough washcloths in the room, no one at front desk when we arrived. No one at front desk when checking out. Hair dryer inoperable in the room. Went to desk to ask for another. The young woman didn’t speak /understand English. Had no idea what I was asking. A man checking out offered his dryer from his room. When she did arrive at the desk after ringing the bell for assistance, she clearly had been asleep. Upon check in the 3 others ahead of me were not given a room due to housekeeping not having the rooms clean. When checking in, there was no ID requirement or card requirement and I had to choose my name from a printout. The woman at the desk that day didn’t speak English either. When I arrived in the room I had a voicemail that asked if I wanted the room charged to a particular card. Just a very weird experience.

WORST EXPERIENCE! One of the very worst hotel experiences I have ever had. Gave away my room (2 beds for 1). They offered to give me 2 rooms with kings, but I have a minor teenage daughter with me. Rude service (should not even be legal, and it was unwise for sure). TV not working. The room was 88-90 degrees. Backed up shower. Dangerous splitter with multiple appliances. I was told that I could get out of the second night when I checked out the next morning. When Expedia called them, the manager refused to do so. Horrible.

Review of recent stay I would love to continue stay at this property in the future. Some upgrades are needed. Keep striving to give the best customer service to your guest

Personnel not very accommodating Wanted a room with two beds. Reserved only room available. It was a room with one bed and a couch. Was given a handicap room with one bed and a chair at check in. Asked for a comforter and was given a tiny blanket. Second night the guy at reception gave a comforter and he was a lot more helpful but still no other room. Parking lot was half full both nights.
