Overnight stay Booked a room with no problem. We were able to get a room three hours before check-in time. Staff was great, bartender was great and drinks for cheap. To anyone who wrote a negative review, you had the option to leave and get your money back once you saw the room. Room was perfect for what we booked it for, and overnight stay. It was very close to DelGrosso‘s park

price reasonable, comfy clean comfortable easy to find. staff friendly and helpful. older motel, could use a bit of updating. good parking, bar restaurant on site. air conditioner works well. quiet and lots of hot water. good bed and pillows. shower hard to operate. previous people left food in refrigerator, not cleaned out. back off of tv, laying on desk. light in bath only half worked. had what I needed. not fancy but clean basic motel. I would stay again if in area.

A unique low I have stayed in many motels, hotels, Inns, pensions, hostels and albergues all over Europe, Asia and The US. I have been in places where they rented the t owels and sheets or there were no towels at all, but never before in the US have I seen a place where there was only one towel, no wash cloth, no hand towel, just one towel. There was a sandwich from a previous guest in the mini-fridge. The place is the definition of shabby. There is no extra chain or lock on the door, but the chair fits under the knob for that missing protection.

Comfortable & affordable If you're looking for 5 star keep driving. This is a quaint antiquated motel. The room was clean and comfortable. Good for an overnight stay without breaking the bank. The bed except for the very flat pillows, was comfortable. The shower hot with great water pressure.

Worst stay ever. Booked as a lower budget stay for one night. Worst mistake of my life. Motel was once a pretty nice place called the Minuet Manor Motel. Now a run-down shack. Fresh asphalt laid in the parking lot was still soft, crumbly, and sticky. Left traces on my shoes and mats in the car. They advertise free wifi, but it's too weak to reach the other building, where I was staying. There was no overhead light in the room, but the light switch activated a flourescent light tube over the front window that was rendered useless upon closing the drapes. The only wifi connection with an internet connection was weak and kept falling off my list of connections. I told the desk clerk I needed the wifi for business purposes, but she failed to understand that point and couldn't get her son to even go check the router. and, if I wanted to reach the front desk, I had to make the trip because the phone wouldn't dial it. There was hair and dryer lint on my sheets and the room had a strange odor to it. Luckily I bought a can of Lysol spray with which I coated the bed and pillows liberally. Nobody ever told me where an ice machine or vending machine could be found, and I doubt very seriously if there was one of either on the property. Upon checkout, I was denied a receipt and told Booking.com would be emailing me one. I've never heard of such a thing. She outright argued with me over a proper receipt, opting instead to write my name, room number, and amount paid on a restaurant guest check. Without question, this was the poorest place I've ever stayed and I wouldn't go back for the proverbial million dollars.
