Nice! Nice place with clean rooms. Beds were average in comfort for hotel. Staff was friendly and breakfast was awesome! Nice looking pool but we didn't swim. Not too far from Big Tex. Spacious parking was available. Late check-in wasn't an issue.

An ideal place to stay I arrived at the hotel around 1245 pm and although the check in begins at 3pm, Teeandra promptly send a text to the house keeping crew to expedite my check in as none of my class rooms I had reserved were cleaned yet. I waited maybe 5-10 minutes which was perfectly ok with me. The room was very clean and the AC was nice and cool. The bathroom was clean as well. There was plentiful parking to the side and it was pretty well lit. Again, Teeandra was very helpful with dining suggestions or ideas to visit while in town. The other staff was very friendly and helpful. Location was easy to access and get out of in my car. The area itself seemed very safe, even when I checked out at 445 AM. Should I ever find myself in Amarillo again, I would definitely stay here and will gladly recommend this hotel!!

A nice hotel but with issues A pretty nice hotel in many ways and reasonably priced but with some issues. First and foremost, the hotel key cards need to be fixed. Twice during my one night stay, the hotel key cards did not work. Second, the walls are pretty thin and you can clearly hear voices next door. This is obviously something that cannot easily be fixed, but why desk clerks put people right next door to each other in a mostly empty hotel is beyond me.

Great Rest Stop on US 40 My wife and I are traveling on US 40 and needed a place to rest last night. We chose the Comfort Inn in Amarillo, TX. This turned out to be a very good choice. The property, lobby, guest areas, and our room were clean, well-decorated, and it all came at a very reasonable price. We also appreciated the hot breakfast (eggs, sausages, potatoes, biscuits and gravy, and a waffle maker. This is far better than the cereal, toast, and fruit that some places consider a breakfast. The best part of the visit was the outstanding customer care that we received during check in. J. Wilco was utterly fantastic! She was professional, friendly, personable, and funny. I can’t say enough about her great customer service that appears to be effortless for her. Thank you J. Wilco!

Nice hot tub Nice hotel with enclosed corridors. This place was clean and had a nice free breakfast. The breakfast included sausage , eggs, waffles, bagels, oatmeal , cereal , coffee, juice plus more. The indoor pool was nice and the hot tub was huge. We loved it. Great price under $100.
