Hilton You Disappoint Not what I’ve come to expect from this brand. First off, at checkin, she didn’t offer me a bottle of water although they were right behind her. I even told her I was an honors member. I had to go back and ask. The room was run down and has some water damage. Mold, trash and a large bug on floor. See pics. Look elsewhere.

Kept my iPad MyFinder indicated that I left my iPad at the location. I called 3 times to talk with staff about holding on to it until I came back through. I was told housekeeping turned nothing in yet MyFinder indicated it was still at their location. I also called Hilton to complain about my iPad being “kept” by someone at that location. Hilton does not care that their name is on an establishment where things left behind are confiscated. Their “ customer care” department could care less. Needless to say, I am out one iPad. I did the same thing 2 years ago at a Holiday Inn. They called me and held it until I could get back to get it, I expected the same level of honesty at Hilton Garden Inn. I did not receive honesty at all.

Horrible Hilton Holy horrible Hilton. I am a Hilton loyalist and have stayed in Hilton properties all over the country. This is the WORST. The a/c doesn't work in the common areas, the furniture and carpets are beyond tired (I'm talking bleach stains on the dirty carpet and furniture), stained sheets, comforters that are well beyond their toss in the trash date, mold around the tub, very poor customer service at the front desk, complete lack of attention to any detail. All around GROSS! This a a definite never again! Out of coffee pods across the entire hotel, no diet drinks to be found. When asked they said they were completely out of all of the above. We sat in the lobby for a long time waiting on our room and the number of disgruntled guests we observed was over the top!!!! The attitude of the women at the front desk was “don’t care, it is what it is”.

Horrible Customer Service I called to receive an itemized receipt for my business credit card and had the worst experience possible. BRIDGETTE answered the phone and was being extremely rude and would not help me to understand the charges I was seeing on my card. For someone who's job revolves around customer care, hers was truly lacking. In my opinion she should not be working there.

Don’t stay there!!! I booked 2 rooms through Hilton Honors app and paid for the rooms when I booked them. At check in the clerk who was very unfriendly said she needed my card. I was charged $50 per room. When I asked what it was for she simply said “incidentals”. My room had a door that was easily opened WITHOUT THE KEY! There was a dried up puddle of coffee under the bathroom sink. No coffee in the room. The kitchen staff was unfriendly and made it obvious they didn’t like waiting on us and then charged $10.95 per person to my room. The lobby had peeling paint and was obvious it isn’t well maintained. I won’t be staying there again. There is a motel down the street from there called The Sleep Inn that is far better than this hilton and cheaper too.
