Super Nice The hotel was great! Great service and super clean. We passed through on a family vacation. It’s a great location to see the Cadillac Ranch and try your hand at eating a 72oz steak at a close resturant. It was easy to get to and it will have a Buckees close by really soon!

Very unfriendly and unhelpful staff. Very unfriendly staff. Just didn’t seem to care about anything but their own little social group behind the front counter. Ice machines broken on all floors, except the first floor. Laundry room dryer broken. When I inquired about the location of the only working ice machine on the first floor, I got a three word response, and they acted as if they were insulted that they should be asked any questions. Overall, not a good place to stay.

Road Trip 2023 Amarillo hotel review On our way through Amarillo for our 4000 mile roadtrip we stayed here. This hotel is very centrally located and directly next the 'famous' Big Texan. The hotel was clean, staff was accommodating and room was a very good size. Even though breakfast was an additional $5 for ages 12+, it was worth it. Good variety of choices. The biscuits and gravy was the BEST!! Overall, I would definitely stay here again in the future.

Great overnight stay with wonderful grassy area for our dog! Brought our dog and we’re welcomed. We were on the second floor and had no major noise issues. Our room was clean, provided toiletries were missing however not a problem for our one night stay. The back of the hotel is very grassy and clean and our dog loved rolling in the grass! The free breakfast was the best we’ve ever had at a hotel. The egg omelette was tasty with American cheese, the bacon was crispy, my husband loved the link Turkey sausage and the patty sausage as well. There were also muffins and breakfast pastries. Service was friendly! It was a great overnight stay.

Find somewhere else I get the best room they have, have stayed here numerous times and won’t be staying again. This is probably the 6th time in 3 years as I have to travel to Dallas to see a sick friend. Room always has problems. This time the night shade wouldn’t come down so had to call maintenance. Good thing he fixed it as there was a HUGE floodlight on the unit facing our window that was as bright as the sun beaming into our room. We left to go eat and my wife noticed the door wouldn’t lock so someone could have just walked into our room. Someone was trying to check in and had stayed there numerous times and I overheard they didn’t have his reservation. Last I saw he was sitting in the lobby while they tried to figure it out. Twice I’ve had the front desk be extremely rude. Depending on the room, there is airport noise which is loud until 2am. Only thing thst is good about this place is the Big Texan Steakhouse is right down the street. There are better options, but I just see staying here anymore and canceled my return reservation to stay somewhere else. You are seriously gambling here.
