Clean, comfortable, pet friendly We booked this hotel while driving there, asked for a pet room, and were pleasantly surprised by what a nice room we got. Probably the cleanest pet room we have ever been in. (Note: the standard pet fee was disclosed at booking and was fair.) The location was fine - right off the highway in a roundabout kind of way - and yet quiet. Many restaurants were close by. Our room was clean, with a desk and desk chair, couch, chair, coffee maker, fridge, microwave, wet bar, and plenty of storage. If you plan to work at the desk, bring an extension cord. There was no electrical outlet, and as a result the desk lamp wasn't plugged in. The A/C system was efficient and effective. Breakfast was great - all the standard Holiday Inn Express options like cinnamon rolls (the best anywhere), eggs, bacon, sausage, biscuits, cereals, yogurts, breads, coffee, juice, and milk. Staff was friendly and accommodating. We would stay here again.

Stay far away from this one This hotel cancelled my reservation the night before I was to check in (~6:45 P.M.) The clerk indicated they had overbook, but when I called the corp number I was told they were remodeling the hotel. As a huge insult I was offered 5000 points, now remember if I had cancelled at 6:45 the night before they would have charged me full rate for the room. To make matters even worse when I rejected their offer of 5000 points I was told that manager would be calling me the next day which never happened (no VM or missed call) and it is now 4 days later... ghosted i guess they don't care for the customer at all.

Very friendly staff, clean room, great breakfast We loved our stay here before flying out of SLC. The woman at the front guest www extremely friendly when we checked in and made sure we got a crib for our little one. Our room was clean and had no issues. It had a great hot breakfast too with lots of options. The only downside was it had a place for cinnamon roles and make your own pancakes but neither was replenished while we were there but there still was plenty!

I will not stay there again. Very short staffed. Room was not cleaned properly. Spa was cold and we were told that it had been broken for a week. This place needs and upgrade. The free breakfast was disgusting. Other guests with children were overheard to say they were going out for their breakfast. It was a very quiet place even though it was close to I-15.

Won’t Be Back Here At 8:45am. The juice machine was broken so there was no juice or water. They were out of cinnamon rolls and front desk said there is no more Nor were there eggs or yogurt. The pancake machine is also “broken” Nothing for breakfast except packaged muffins and bagels and jimmy dean sandwiches. The sandwich bread was hard like it had been reheated a LOT of times. It was not edible. They were also “out of fruit” through someone at a table next to me had a banana. We suspect they just did not want to get more fresh fruit or cinnamon rolls out. No employee ever came to clean or restock. There were coffee spills all over and one of the urns was empty. Bathroom materials were super cheap. The toilet paper and tissue felt like cardboard. The cable TV was terrible and had static lines going through it. We would never stay here again and we always choose Holiday Inn Express when we travel because they are usually consistent. Unfortunately this one is right by my father’s new house. We will have to find a better hotel to stay in. Around 9:30pm last night someone tried to walk in our room and said sorry. There was no knock or announcement. They had to have had a key card. Thankfully I had the deadbolt over. It is very poorly managed (But it was mostly clean)
