Anaheim Majestic Garden Hotel

My first time staying at this hotel and it will be the last time ,please save your money and pay little extra and have better service. First of all the rooms are very old and there’s little flies in the bathroom ,Second of all the breakfast was a rib off . They charged for my 13 years old daughter as an adult price . My son didn’t even eat and they charged him . My 3 year old daughter didn’t eat her plate I asked for a to go box to take for her to eat later they refused to give me one . What kind of Service is this Horrible experience . instead of calling it majestic they should call it horrendous .

Beware! Anaheim Majestic Garden Hotel Disappointing Stay - A Decline in Standards and Service We have stayed at this property several times in the past and always found it to be a good value with a convenient location. Unfortunately, our most recent stay from June 20-22, 2025, was a completely different experience and fell far below the standards we had come to expect. Upon entering our room, we were immediately hit with a strong, unpleasant cigarette odor. A closer inspection revealed several unacceptable issues: The bathroom was not properly cleaned - hair was on the floor and there was visible mold/mildew present. The phone in the room did not work, making it impossible to contact the front desk or housekeeping. Furniture was in a state of disrepair. Mold or mildew was visible in the corner of the room on the ceiling. Cobwebs were hanging from the ceiling. Wallpaper was peeling/delaminating from the wall. The cold air return vents were filthy and clearly had not been cleaned in a long time. These issues raise serious concerns about overall cleanliness and the potential for germs, allergens, or even pests like bedbugs. I reported these concerns to the front desk the following morning, expecting at the very least a room change or some sort of resolution. Unfortunately, no action was taken, and the room was not properly addressed during housekeeping service either. It felt as though our concerns were dismissed entirely. Upon check-out, I spoke directly with a manager in hopes of some resolution or acknowledgment of the situation. What I received was a generic apology and an unconvincing offer of a discount for a future stay--which, regrettably, we will not be taking advantage of. Given the lack of care, responsiveness, and cleanliness, we no longer feel confident staying at this property and cannot recommend it to others.

New Year Eve a very nice place to spend new year eve, you can see the fireworks from your room window. The decorations are really nice. Had a great time there with my family. Very close to Disneyland which is very convenient. Breakfast is really good, love it.
